How to add a user

In this article you can find out how to add the user role "Business Partner Data Manager"

After registering, log in to the Cofinity-X Portal. On the homepage, open the user menu in the top right corner and select "User Management."

Then, navigate to and select "Portal User Management."

If you want to add a user from your organization, click the "Add User" button.

In the pop-up window, enter all required information (all fields are mandatory). Then, select the "Business Partner Data Manager" role. Click "Confirm" to add the user and assign their role, or "Cancel" to stop the process.

To assign the "Business Partner Data Manager" role to an existing user, use the search box on the right to find the user's name. Then, click the arrow in the user's row under the "Details" column.

Next, go to the "Change Portal Role" button and click on it.

In the pop-up window titled "Manage User Assigned Portal Role(s)," check the box next to "Business Partner Data Manager." Click "Confirm" to add the role or "Cancel" to stop the process.

With the "Business Partner Data Manager" role, you are authorized to manage site and address information on the Cofinity-X Portal.
