Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have completed the following steps:
Signed App Provider Framework Agreement: Ensure you have signed the Framework Agreement as it is required to proceed to the next steps.
Register on the Cofinity-X Portal: You must have an active registration and Business Partner Number on the Cofinity-X Portal.
Access to the Cofinity-X Portal: Verify that you can log in and access the Cofinity-X Portal.
Your Apps
This screen shows all your current apps on our platform. Here you can upload new apps, edit or delete them.
Follow these steps to successfully upload your app
Step 1: Log in
Log in to the Cofinity-X portal and click the icon at the top of the screen to access Marketplace Management. From there, open the App Release Process.
Step 2: Create App Card
Click on Register your App and start creating the App Card by filling in all the necessary information:
App Title
Minimum length: 5 charactersMaximum length: 40 characters
App Provider
Minimum length: 3 characters
Maximum length: 30 characters
Short description
Insert a concise description of your app, in both English and German, ensuring it stays within the character limit.
Minimum length: 10 characters
Maximum length: 255 characters
App cover image
Ensure the image meets these specifications for optimal display on the marketplace:
Dimensions: 275 x 175 pixels
Maximum file size: 0.8 MB
Accepted image types: JPEG/PNG
Step 3: App Page Details
Long description
Insert a concise description of your app, in both English and German, ensuring it stays within the character limit.
Minimum length: 10 characters
Maximum length: 2000 characters
Additional images
You can upload up to 3 images that display different aspects of your app.
Size: 266x150px
Maximum file size: 0.8 MB
Supporting Material
If you would like to provide additional material that presents app, you can upload up to 3 types of documents here: Data Prerequisites, Technical Guide, App Contract. 1 file per input field is allowed!
Accepted file types: PDF
Maximum file size: 0.8 MB
Step 4: Agreements & Consent
You may read and agree to the T&Cs. The Conformity App Certificate must be uploaded by all types of app providers.
Step 5: Technical Integration & User Roles
There are two types of roles that should be picked here: User Role and Technical Role. You can download the template and choose the user roles that can get assigned for successful access to your application.
Step 6: Beta Test
This section is currently not available. You can read the information and go further to the next step.
Step 7: Validate & Submit
For the last section, please check all the information you inserted and make sure it is correct. Once you submit your app information, the Marketplace Operator will review your offering. You will receive an email notification when your app has been successfully published on the Service Marketplace.
Post-Approval
App Hosting: Once approved from Cofinity-X, your app will be hosted on our marketplace and website, making it visible to potential customers.
Receiving Leads: After your app is live, you can start receiving leads through App Subscriptions.
