Ensure you have login access before proceeding with the below steps. In case you do not have login access, kindly refer to our Getting Started guide.
After logging in for the first time, Only the Company Admin can register their organization.
The PRODUCTIVE environment is parallel to the BETA environment, what this means is that the same steps of the registration need to be completed in both environments (with accurate information in BETA too) and you will have different BPNLs after registering in both.
If already a customer, please contact support@cofinity-x.com to receive an invite to BETA (please mention desired company admin, first name and last name).
Registration Flow
Once you’ve logged in with your temporary password and set a new one, you’ll land on the Welcome page. Click “Start Registration” to begin.
Step 1: Register your company
Start by filling out our registration form.
Step 2: Select your company role & agree to T&Cs
Select the role that best represents your company's function within the dataspace. Afterward, carefully review and accept the terms and conditions to complete the step.
Step 3: Pricing
Choose the plan that suits your company. If you need support or guidance, please contact sales@cofinity-x.com.
Step 4: Invoice information
Final Step: Submit the registration form
Review the information provided and submit the registration form to initiate the approval process.

Validation of your registration
Approval Process: Once submitted, our team will begin the registration approval process.
Wallet Tenant Creation: We will create your wallet tenant, which is essential for your company identity management and the connector communication.
BPN & Membership Credentials: You will receive your Business Partner Number credential as well as the membership credential which will directly get stored inside your new wallet managed by Cofinity-X.
Welcome email: Upon completion of these steps, you will receive a welcome email from us. This email will confirm your registration and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
