Registration Invite
You will receive your registration invitation via email. The registration request will be sent to the designated Company Admin (Lead) from each company within the current Production environment.
Sign-up
Use the link in your invitation email to sign in for the registration flow.
I. Select your company
Search for your company name and select the company tile.
II: Sign-in
Enter your email address and the one-time password that you received in the email.
III: Set new password
Enter a new password and confirm it by entering it again. Press on Submit to complete the process.
Registration Flow
After submitting the new password, you will be taken to the welcome page. Press on Start registration to proceed.
Step 1: Register your company
Start by filling out our registration form. Make sure to enter your assigned Production Business Partner Number (BPNL) to automatically populate the company information in the required fields.
Step 2: Select your company role & agree to T&Cs
Select the role that best represents your company's function within the dataspace. Afterward, carefully review and accept the terms and conditions to complete the step.
Step 3: Upload documents
Upload the commercial register document or, in case you are an app/service provider, the conformity approval.
Step 4: Pricing
Select your company's annual revenue to determine the dataspace license costs.
Step 5: Submit the registration form
Review the information provided and submit the registration form to initiate the approval process.

Validation of your registration:
Approval Process: Once submitted, our team will begin the registration approval process.
Wallet Tenant Creation: We will create your wallet tenant, which is essential for your company identity management and the connector communication.
BPN & Membership Credentials: You will receive your Prod Business Partner Number credential as well as the membership credential which will directly get stored inside your new wallet managed by Cofinity-X.
Welcome email: Upon completion of these steps, you will receive a welcome email from us. This email will confirm your registration and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
