Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have completed the following steps:
Signed Service Provider Framework Agreement: Ensure you have signed the Framework Agreement as it is required to proceed to the next steps.
Register on the Cofinity-X Portal: You must have an active registration and Business Partner Number on the Cofinity-X Portal.
Access to the Cofinity-X Portal: Verify that you can log in and access the Cofinity-X Portal.
Service Manager: This role is essential for managing service details and configurations.
Your Services
This screen shows all your current services on our platform. Here you can upload new services, edit or delete them.
Follow these steps to successfully upload your service
Step 1: Log in
Log in to the Cofinity-X portal and click the icon at the top of the screen to access Marketplace Management. From there, open the Service Release Process.
Step 2: Create Service Card
Click on Register your Service and start creating the Service Card by filling in all the necessary information:
Service Name
Minimum length: 3 charactersMaximum length: 20 characters
Service Type
Specify the type of service you are offering.
Short description
Insert a concise description of your service, in both English and German, ensuring it stays within the character limit.
Minimum length: 10 characters
Maximum length: 120 characters
Service card image
Ensure the image meets these specifications for optimal display on the marketplace:
Dimensions: 412 x 266 pixels
Maximum file size: 0.8 MB
Accepted image types: JPEG/PNG
Step 3: Service Page Details
Enter additional information about your service:
Long description
Insert a concise description of your service, in both English and German, ensuring it stays within the character limit.
Minimum length: 10 characters
Maximum length: 2000 characters
Supporting Material
If you would like to provide additional material that presents your service, you can upload your document file here
Accepted file types: PDF
Step 4: Agreements and Consent
You may read and agree to the T&Cs.
The Conformity Service Certificate must only be uploaded if you are offering an Enablement Service. In case you are an Advisory Service Provider, please upload a blank document!
Step 5: Technical User Setup
Similar to the previous step, you only need to select a technical user(s) if you are an Enablement Service Provider. Otherwise, just click on None and proceed further.
Step 6: Validate & Submit
For the last section, please check all the information you inserted and make sure it is correct. Once you submit your app information, the Marketplace Operator will review your offering. You will receive an email notification when your app has been successfully published on the Service Marketplace.
Post-Approval
Service Hosting: Once approved, your service will be hosted on the Cofinity-X marketplace and website, making it visible to potential customers.
Receiving Leads: After your service is live, you can start receiving leads through Service Subscriptions.
