Cash out is available on selected sports and markets, depending on odds and liquidity; it’s not guaranteed for every bet. If you can't cash out, see the common reasons below.
Reasons why you can't cash out
The market doesn’t support cash out
Some markets don’t support cash out, especially props like stage winners or first goal scorers.
Your original stake is too low
Cash out isn't available on bets placed with a very small stake. The minimum stake for cash out is 0.10 USD (or equivalent). If your original bet falls below that, the cash out option won't appear.
Your cash out didn’t go through in time
When you confirm cash out, there’s a short delay while the system confirms the odds. If the odds change or the market suspends during that delay, the cash out won’t be successful—even if the cash out option was available when you selected it.
The bet is a parlay on an ineligible event
For parlays, cash out is available for certain sports and major leagues or competitions. For same game parlays, cash out is available on major soccer competitions only.
Cash out is temporarily disabled
Even when supported, cash out can disappear for a short time due to:
Event interruptions (goals, red cards, VAR checks)
Market suspensions
The cash out value dropping too low or to zero
Odds not available or moving too fast to calculate the cash out amount
In most cases, it becomes available again once the market stabilizes.
Check if cash out is available
The quickest way to check is your bet slip. If the Cashout button doesn't appear, cash out isn't available. See the full steps here.
