Verification is optional on Cloudbet, but completing it unlocks higher deposit and withdrawal limits. All it takes is three steps: confirm your phone number, submit your identity documents, and complete face verification.
Before you start
Keep your phone nearby. You’ll need it to receive a 6-digit code for phone verification.
Have a valid identity document ready, and a recent proof of address if you’re asked for one. Check the full list of accepted documents.
Get your camera ready for face verification.
How to verify my account
Once you’re logged in, select your profile icon.
Select Verification.
Complete phone verification. (If you’ve already verified your phone number, skip to the next step)
Enter your phone number, then select Continue.
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your number, then select Verify code.
Complete identity verification:
Under Identity Verification, select Verify identity.
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your document and complete face verification.
Account verification is typically processed instantly. In some cases, manual approval may be required and can take up to 24 hours.

If you can't upload your verification documents after multiple attempts, contact customer support for assistance.
My proof of address was rejected
If your proof of address was rejected, it might have been issued more than three months ago, or the address on the document does not match the one you provided during verification. Refer to this article for more details.
