If your deposit has already been confirmed on a blockchain but has not been credited to your account within 10 minutes, you may use our deposit inquiry tool to lodge a query:
Select ‘Wallet’ from your account menu
Then choose ‘Deposit’
Finally, pick ‘Is your deposit missing?’ You will be asked to provide the transaction hash to assist our inquiries.
