Every withdrawal request needs to be confirmed before it's sent for processing. If you signed up with an email address, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm your withdrawal.
If you signed up using Telegram, you won't receive the withdrawal email. Learn more here.
1. Wait for 10 minutes
Email delivery can be delayed due to server load or provider filters. Give it up to 10 minutes, refresh your inbox, and check again.
2. Check you’re looking at the right email
Make sure you’re looking at the same email you used when signing up for a Cloudbet account.
If you signed up your Cloudbet account using your Apple ID, you may be using a private relay address. Learn more here.
3. Check your spam or junk folder
Your email provider may have filtered our messages. Look for any emails from Cloudbet and mark them as “Not spam” to ensure they land in your inbox next time.
4. Make sure Cloudbet isn’t blocked
Check if you’ve accidentally blocked or filtered emails from Cloudbet.
Also, some providers may automatically block emails from sites like Cloudbet. Ask your email provider to whitelist Cloudbet emails.
5. Cancel your withdrawal and try again
If you’ve checked everything above but still haven’t received the confirmation email, cancel your withdrawal and try again.
