When you have completed your treatment at Clear.bio, you can stop the connection between the Clear.bio app and the FreeStyle LibreLink app. This does not happen automatically. Follow the steps in the FreeStyle LibreLink app below:
Click on the menu (three lines) in the top left and click on connected apps. Choose Manage LibreView
Choose the Clear.bio practice
Click Stop Sharing
Confirm with yes
After this step, Clear.bio will no longer have access to new blood sugar data. We store your old blood sugar data as we have a legal obligation to store medical data. We refer to our privacy statement for more information.
We recommend removing the connection after stopping your treatment. During the treatment we need your blood sugar data to give advice.
