In the Admin area, you can create accounts for other healthcare providers. Not everyone has this option. If you want to create an account, or if you have a colleague who wants access, but you don't have access to the Admin area, please contact us at support@clear.bio.

Below is an explanation of the overview screen of the Admin environment:

  1. Search field for users

  2. Button to create new user

  3. User record

  4. User's last login. If N/A, the user has not yet logged in.

  5. User Role:

    1. Nutritionist: Dietitian with access to personal information, meals, and blood sugar data. Has access to all clients/patients within the account.

    2. Practitioner: Practice assistant or GP with access to personal information, meals, and blood sugar data. Has access to specific patients only.

    3. External Dietitian: Dietitian (outside of Clear.bio dietitians) with access to personal information, meals, and blood sugar data. Has access to their own set of patients only.

    4. Support: Support representative with limited access to personal data.

    5. Superadmin: Can create accounts for others.

  6. User Options:

    1. ➡️ View detailed user information

    2. ✏️ Edit user

    3. 🗑️ Delete user

When the user account is opened or edited, there are a number of options that can be set:

  • User's email address

  • Preferred language

  • Contract (assigning the user to an RHO, organization, or practice)

  • Communication channel (information on how to reach this user, e.g., by email address or phone number)

  • (If applicable) List of clients or patients linked to the user
