Would you like to have an account as a practitioner (GP, practice nurse, dietitian) to track your patients? Send an email to support@clear.bio to request an account. We need your name, email address, and practice name so we can match the correct patients.
Log in
You can log in at https://portal.clear.bio/
When you log in for the first time (you will receive an automatic email), you will need to create a new password and set up 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). You will see the instructions when you first log in to your account.
Forgotten your password
Did you forget your password? On the login page, you will find a "Forgotten password" button. You will then automatically receive a new password by email.
2FA code unavailable
Without 2FA, you cannot log in to the Clear.bio Portal, including sensitive (patient) data. Did you accidentally remove the Clear.bio Portal from your authenticator app, or did you delete the authenticator app? Please contact us at support@clear.bio.
