Are you experiencing problems with your sensor? Then follow these steps.
Sensor no longer scans or does not scan properly
Restart your phone
Make sure NFC is enabled
Try it without clothing covering
Try it without a phone case
Hold the top of the phone against the sensor for a long time
Sensor comes loose
A loose sensor can still work. Sometimes the sensor becomes a bit loose in the last (2) days
Temporarily tape the sensor with sports tape or a plaster
Sensor has fallen off, message 'replace sensor' while the 14 days are not yet over
Don't throw away the sensor and contact us via chat or email
