Are you experiencing problems with your sensor? Then follow these steps.
Sensor no longer scans or does not scan properly
- Restart your phone 
- Make sure NFC is enabled 
- Try it without clothing covering 
- Try it without a phone case 
- Hold the top of the phone against the sensor for a long time 
Sensor comes loose
- A loose sensor can still work. Sometimes the sensor becomes a bit loose in the last (2) days 
- Temporarily tape the sensor with sports tape or a plaster 
Sensor has fallen off, message 'replace sensor' while the 14 days are not yet over
- Don't throw away the sensor and contact us via chat or email
