Managing large portfolios of sites, equipment and spaces often means moving between deep hierarchies and repeating the same setup tasks across similar assets. To make this easier, we’ve introduced a set of Organise enhancements designed to give teams clearer visibility, faster navigation and more efficient configuration workflows.
These improvements make it simpler to find what you need, take action across multiple items and scale site structures without repetitive manual work.
Why This Matters
Organisations now have a more streamlined way to manage assets and maintain structured, accurate hierarchies. With these new capabilities, teams can:
Create Spaces directly within Organise,
With dedicated Space drawers, actions and metadata fields for accurate site modelling.
Work faster with flat, filterable views
View all Equipment or all Spaces in a single, searchable table so you no longer need to dig through hierarchies to find what you’re looking for. Filter by type, SEU category, tags or structural attributes to refine results instantly.Scale site structures with fewer clicks
Duplicate Equipment, Spaces or Datasources to quickly replicate validated configurations across similar areas. This reduces manual effort and ensures consistency when onboarding new sites or expanding existing ones.Take bulk actions with confidence
With standardised views and improved search, teams can apply tags, manage Datasources or prepare assets for modelling more efficiently across multiple items.
Filtered View for Equipment
A new Equipment tab provides a flat list of every piece of equipment across selected sites. You can filter by Equipment Type or SEU Category, search by name or tags and take bulk actions without navigating through each site’s hierarchy.
Filtered View for Spaces
Spaces now have their own flat, filterable view as well. Teams can filter by whether a space contains child spaces or equipment, see associated Datasources and streamline audits or tagging activities across large site portfolios.
Faster Setup with Duplication Tools
To reduce repetitive setup work, you can now duplicate Equipment, Spaces or Datasources directly from the Organise interface. When duplicating a Space or piece of Equipment, you can choose whether to include its child assets and Datasources. Duplicated Datasources are created as unbound copies, allowing new connections to be configured without overwriting existing ones.
This is especially valuable when replicating similar layouts across multiple buildings, preparing templates for recurring equipment types or rapidly scaling a site model.
Real-World Value
These enhancements give teams a more intuitive and efficient way to manage complex operations. Whether you’re onboarding new sites, preparing equipment for analysis or maintaining consistent naming and tagging structures, Organise now supports faster, more accurate work at scale.
By improving visibility and reducing manual setup, your teams can spend less time navigating and more time acting.
