A clear, auditable way to show your data can be trusted.

When decisions depend on data, confidence matters. Datasource Validation Management gives teams a simple way to mark when key data has been checked, by whom, and until when it can be considered valid. The feature creates a traceable record without slowing down your workflows.

Why it’s valuable

  • Trust your reports: Stakeholders see which datasources are confirmed as accurate.

  • Spot risks early: Expired or invalidated statuses highlight where attention is needed.

  • Prove accountability: Every validation is time‑stamped and tied to a named reviewer

How it works

  • Validation states: Datasources carry a clear status - Never Validated, Pre‑Validated, Validated, Expired, or Invalidated

  • Quick updates: Change status for one datasource or bulk‑update many at once, with optional expiry dates and notes

  • History log: Each datasource has a validation history showing who signed off, when, and with what context

  • Permissions: Only users with the right access can validate a datasource, ensuring integrity of the process

Use cases

  • Confirm monthly KPI inputs before reporting to finance or sustainability teams.

  • Flag and follow up on datasources that expire or are invalidated.

  • Maintain a clean, auditable trail for compliance reviews and external audits.

Get started

Identify your most critical datasources, assign validation responsibility, and begin recording sign-offs. With this feature in place, your teams gain confidence that data driving decisions is not just collected - it’s trusted.
