A label exists within the opportunity register as a means of identification of the type of opportunity identified, for example, opportunities related to boilers or chillers. This allows the user to add context to the opportunity.

A label is applied in the form of a tag. A tag is represented by a chip that looks like the following in the Opportunity Register:

The "Labels" field is non-mandatory and connected to a CoolPlanet-managed list of labels. Users can select one or more categories from this list in a detailed view of the opportunity.

Users can also add a custom category if none of the existing options apply by typing the desired category name and selecting "add new label" as in the image below.
