How to request more seats to add more users?

If you need to add another user and do not have any seats remaining, you can request to add more seats.  View how many seats are remaining

From the main menu, select "users"

At the top right click "Request more seats"

Enter how many seats you would like to add and click send.

This will send a notification to your Account Manager to action who will contact you to discuss any additional cost.

If you do not see the "request more seats" option then you have some seats remaining so please use these and follow these instructions if you need to request more. Create a user
