After placing your order, you’ll receive a pickup number and a PIN.
Your pickup number will then appear on the robot’s screen with a gray background under the status “In Progress.”
As soon as your meal is ready, your number will appear in green with the status “Ready.”
Then tap your order number on the screen and enter your PIN.
The pickup compartment will then open automatically—and your meal is ready for pickup.
