Edit/change username, e-mail address and password for an employee

Here you will see how to edit the e-mail address and password for an employee.

Please note that you need to have License Administrator permissions in order to configure Cinode. Read more about permission levels.

The e-mail address will be shown as contact information for the employee and also serve as the username when logging into Cinode.

Employees cannot change their e-mail/username themselves, this must be done by a licensed administrator. However, they are able to reset their password by clicking on 'forgot password' when logging in.

To Change login username/login e-mail or the password for an employee:

1. Go to Administration -> Users in the menu

2. Search for the employee in the search field

2. Edit the three dots to the far right and click 'Edit' or 'Edit Password'

Remember to contact the employee about these changes since the employee will not be informed automatically.
