How to add a candidate in Cinode

Kickstart your recruitment process by creating/adding candidates to Cinode. Be sure to include all relevant information that will be valuable throughout the recruitment journey. This comprehensive approach will streamline your workflow, enhance collaboration, and enable you to make well-informed hiring decisions.

How to work with your candidates

How to create/add a candidate to Cinode:

1. Adding the Candidate:

Navigate to Candidates > List in the sidebar

Click the '+' next to 'Candidates

Start by adding the candidate to Cinode, ensuring all personal information is accurately entered. Before you add a candidate to Cinode your will need to establish a pipeline to manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment stages.

2. Fill in the information of the candidate and click 'Save'

Do not forget the rating of the candidate.On the overview page of the candidate such as in the pipeline, you can see stars next to the name of the candidate, which shows the rating of this candidate.(View image below)

To edit more details and rate the candidate:

Go to Candidate > list in the sidebar

  1. Search for the candidate in the search box

  2. Click the "three dots to the far right of the candidate and then click 'Edit'

  3. Edit more details and click 'Save'

3. Add Skill to the candidate card:

Enrich the candidate profile with additional details such as skills and experience. This makes the candidate easily searchable within Cinode, facilitating a more efficient matching process. The skills will be searchable when searching for skills within your organization or matching candidates to roles for your assignments.

4. Manage Candidate Events:

Utilize Cinode's event management features to track interactions and key milestones in the candidate's journey, ensuring a well-documented and organized recruitment process. To keep track of how things have progressed during the process and have all candidate notes in one place, always document events for the candidate. You can add scheduled meetings, log calls, and create tasks for yourself, maintaining a comprehensive record of all activities and communications.

Go to Candidates -> List to expand and view event details of your candidates.

5. Optional details for you candidates:

You also have the option to add a dream assignments, portfolios, and attachments & links to your candidates

6. Create CV to your candidates:

Depending on your recruitment process, either invite the candidate to complete their profile and CV in Cinode or take charge of updating their profile and CV yourself. This flexibility allows you to tailor the process to your specific needs and preferences.
