In Cinode's search function, you have three main options: All, Skills, or Tags, along with the ability to filter by categories, resources, teams, or groups.
To begin your search:
Navigate to the search bar and select the tab "All," "Skills," or "Tags" based on your search criteria.
All
Searching across all profile blocks in your company provides comprehensive information. For example, if you want to see which employees have previous assignments at Nordea, simply type "Nordea." Below, you'll find individuals and their previous assignments. Click on a person to view their overview and contact information.

Skill Search
With this feature, you can search for specific skills across profiles within your company. Use filters to narrow your search β for example, by selecting a specific team.
When searching for skills, think in categories:
What role did the person have in a project? What technologies, tools, platforms, or industries did they work with? These should all be added as skills in their profile.
To find the right profile:
Apply filters, such as choosing the "Project Managers" team.
Enter relevant skills like "Java" and "Scrum", then press Enter.
Click on a skill to refine your results. You can filter by:
Skill level
Experience
Usage in assignments
Favorite skill (βοΈ)
Included in a growth plan (π±)
Tag Search
Filter by types like "Customer."
Enter a tag like "Banking and Finance" and hit enter to find matching customers.
Click on a customer to view their detailed page.
