On the Chime desktop platform, you can view a company-wide overview of skills and use filters to identify those that are expiring soon. This helps you plan ahead, arrange refresher training, and maintain compliance. You can also export the data to Excel, CSV, or PDF for reporting or planning.
Viewing Skills Expiring Soon
Select the Skills tile on the left-hand menu.
Click the Verification tab at the top.
Select the Expiring Soon filter from the blue bar.
Use the arrow buttons to adjust the time range (e.g. set to 30 days to see skills expiring in the next month).
View the list directly on screen or choose to export the data as needed.
Different Filter Options
You can refine the results even further by applying additional filters:
Skill Type – Narrow the list to specific qualifications
Person or Cohort – Filter by individual or group
Trade – See upcoming expiries by trade
Employer – View expiring skills for specific subcontractors or teams
Site – Focus on skills needed at a particular location
All filtered results can be exported to Excel, CSV, or PDF for further use.
Use Case
This view is mainly used by Admin teams, Super User Roles and Health & Safety Managers to stay on top of expiring skills and plan training in advance to ensure all site personnel remain compliant.
