CargoX Platform users can now agree to the DPA (Data Processing Addendum) by accepting our SCC (Standard Contractual Clauses).
Steps to sign/change a DPA:
1. Apply for DPA
Navigate to the gear icon (⚙) → Privacy and Security tab and click on the Sign DPA Agreement button.

The PDF is personalized for each company containing their company information (company name and address) and a signature from the CargoX CEO.
2. Signing the DPA
Besides agreeing to the DPA, you will be asked to input the name and surname of your DPO (data protection officer) and click Save once you are done.
Success
Once signed, a copy of the DPA document will appear in your company inbox.
You can download or edit the existing DPA at any time by navigating to gear icon (⚙) → Privacy and Security.
To download the DPA document on CargoX click the Download PDF button.
To update your DPA document on CargoX, click Edit where you can change the existing DPO data. This will also update your company name and address if any changes have been made to your CargoX profile.
