If you do not agree with the merge (e.g. the merge request is incorrect or the selected main company is not appropriate), follow these steps to reject the account merge:
1. Review company details
After receiving the merge request, carefully review all company details (for more information about this process, follow steps 1 and 2 from this article).
2. Reject the merge
Reject the merge by clicking on the Reject button.

3. Provide a reason
A confirmation message will appear, and you will be asked to provide a reason for the rejection in the text field.
Note
Your rejection reason will be visible to other companies in the group.
4. Confirm the rejection
Click Reject to reject the merge.
Success
Once rejected, no merge will take place.
