Tip
The grace period for the UAE Maritime Preload Cargo Information (MPCI) Program has been extended by NAIC until 30 September 2026 and MPCI filings on the CargoX Platform will remain free until that date. Additionally, CargoX is extending its grace period until further notice. We recommend preparing now to familiarise yourself with the process and the platform’s features.
Submitting a new declaration is a guided process that will take you through two steps:
1. Create a new MPCI filing
1. After you have finished the Onboarding process for UAE MPCI filing, click on the Application switcher in the top right corner of the CargoX Platform.
2. From the available options, select Filings.
3. Then choose UAE.
4. Finally select Maritime Preload Cargo Information.
5. Click on the New button to begin a new filing process.
2. Submit filing
1. Define your custom filing name, which will serve as an internal identifier.
2. Complete all required fields under Submit filing with the necessary filing data.
3. Once all the information is entered correctly, click on the green Submit filing button.
4. Click the Submit button to submit the MPCI filing.
Success
Your filing is successfully submitted and marked with the status Submitted. Once CargoX receives confirmation from MPCI, the status will update to Submission successful.
