Get to know the ADC filing interface

1. Application switcher: In the top right corner, you will find the application switcher between the Envelopes and Filings applications. For ADC filings, select the Filings option, where the ADC filing type is automatically preselected.

2. Filing type dropdown: Currently the ADC filing type is automatically preselected.

3. New: Allows you to create a new ADC filing.

4. Action needed: List of all ongoing filings that have not yet been completed and require further action.

5. Active filings: List of active filings; no action required.

6. Closed filings: List of all closed filings; rejected or completed.

7. Filing list: The central part of the screen lists the filings of the folder you are currently working on (the selected folder name is displayed above the filing list). Click on the filing entry to view its details.

8. Filing entry: Each entry in the Filing list represents a single filing. A filing contains information about the filing, uploaded documents, and filing thread or audit log. Opening a specific Filing entry will provide even more information about the filing.

a. Filing threads: When opening an Active filing, you will notice the filing threads, which provide a convenient overview of all relevant activities associated with the ADC filing process.

b. Audit log: When opening a Completed filing, you will see an Audit log button where all the events of the filings are recorded chronologically.

9. Filing type: Indicates the filing type; either it is for import or export.

10. Filing name: While creating a filing, the name can be entered as an internal identifier.

11. Status of ADC filing: The status of the filing can vary depending on the action that has been performed.

12. Filing details: Filing number, Importer, Exporter, Central Code, Requested on date, Submitted on date or Completed on date.

13. Account balance: This is the number of units (π•Œ) you have available on your account. Click on the number for a detailed summary of your units (π•Œ).

14. Subscriptions: View and manage your CargoX subscription details in one convenient location. Access your current plan, billing information, and subscription status at a glance. Easily upgrade or modify your subscription to match your business needs.

15. Notifications: The bell icon will display a red circle with a number of unread notifications. Clicking this opens the notifications listing, where notifications, regarding received envelopes, new contacts, blockchain keys, etc., are displayed. Notifications are interactable, and clicking on them gives you access to specific actions!

16. Settings: You can access general settings here. Opening it allows you to edit your personal details, blockchain keys, privacy and security, notifications, and preferences, which are available under the personal section. You can also manage company details, company verification, platform users, contacts, delegations, as well as rules and filters, which are available under the Company section. In the Billing section, you can manage all billing-related information, such as creating pro-formas, viewing invoices, tax settings (only EU companies), and accessing company statistics. Moreover, in the General tab, you can view the terms and conditions, finance, and insurance and sign out of your CargoX profile.

17. User and company details: Provides a shortcut to your company profile and some other settings. The image shows your initials by default, and once you upload your photo, it will show your face or another avatar image.
