Rules and filters

Updated over a week ago

The Rules and Filters section allows you to prepare a scenario for how the platform behaves when something specific happens. This is especially useful in situations where your company exchanges lots of envelopes, and not all of your users need to see all those notifications. Using rules, you can set up which envelopes trigger a notification sent to all users and which notifications are only sent to a particular user. You can also send an HTTP POST request to a webhook.

Step-by-step guide to set up a rule:

1. Add a rule

Click on the Add rule button.
