The Audit log action button is displayed under each document in the envelope. Also, when you click and open a specific document in the envelope, the Audit log is automatically displayed.

The audit log is a record of everything that has happened with a document. It provides a complete title transfer history and authenticity information and serves as a legally valid proof of title and proof of authenticity. CargoX keeps an audit log for each and every document uploaded and transferred over the CargoX Platform.

Besides the general information displayed in the envelope and document details, you can also see some other information in the Audit log:

Shows the format of the document.

Shows the full document type name.

Company that executed the action.

Company that was the receiver of the action.

Action description depending on the envelope action button chosen.

Available to view transactions for documents with a record of authenticity and documents with transfer of ownership on blockchain; a link opens an independent 3rd-party webpage, providing insight into details of each transaction. This allows anyone to verify details independently of CargoX.

The audit log can be downloaded as a PDF document. The downloaded audit log includes the QR codes and links for verifying blockchain records.
