On CargoX, there are no hidden fees, no licences to pay, and no obligations. You only pay for the services you use (pay-per-use). Company accounts and user registration on the CargoX Platform are free of charge.
Price list
CargoX Platform users know exactly how much issuing and sending a document will cost them. The complete price list per document type is available in the Price list tab of the Invoices menu, or here.

Documents
Every document that uses the blockchain for either proof of authenticity or proof of ownership (or both) requires payment for service. This cost can be covered by the issuer (uploader) of the document, or by the first recipient (collect payment).
Note
CargoX never double-charges its users. All the other parties involved in the transfer of that document partake in the process free of charge, and they can forward, return or finalize (release/accomplish or destroy) the document free of charge.
Your balance is charged at the moment of the envelope transfer. That is the moment when the actual blockchain transaction is enacted. Other actions, such as compose, seal, and unseal the envelope, and/or upload the document are not charged.
Standard envelope
The standard envelope allows for exchanging documents between connected companies on the CargoX Platform. The once-per-document fee is charged when the document is sent, but there is no extra charge for the standard envelope itself.
Egypt ACI envelope
Government-focused services such as advance cargo information (ACI) filings have a different pricing structure. Since all documents sent using the ACI envelope have a record of authenticity, a once-per-document fee is charged and an additional one-time per-envelope (transaction) processing fee is applied.

An ACI envelope can only be sent to a predefined recipient (specific governmental authority). All fees are always paid by the sender, as there is no collect-payment option.
Filings
Filings is a process-driven application for creating, submitting, and tracking customs or regulatory filings. Its central object is a filing case, which guides the user through the required steps.
The app displays filing statuses, required actions, and a complete audit trail of the process. It is also directly integrated with the relevant authorities’ systems through APIs. Current examples include ADC ACI and UAE MPCI.

Professional services
CargoX offers a fully automated and complete self-service experience. You can register your CargoX account without any intervention from our side. You can order service units (𝕌) on your own and receive a pro-forma invoice, and, after we receive your payment, a final invoice is also issued automatically. Verification processes are also automated for most cases. We provide all the documents and data for you to add CargoX in your vendor registration process without our involvement.

All payments will be deducted from your CargoX account’s service unit (𝕌) balance as soon as you have a sufficient balance (1 service unit (𝕌) = $1).

Company verification
CargoX company verification is the process used to confirm that a company account on the CargoX Platform represents a real legal company with correct company data. Certain actions on the CargoX Platform are only available to verified companies. Egyptian ACI filing is one such example, as Egyptian customs require us to allow ACI filing only from verified exporters.
It is a two-step verification process. First, complete the bank verification. After that, complete the third-party verification service. The verification costs 15 units and checks your company data against official company records through CargoX’s verification provider. Once both checks are completed, your company account is verified.

Subscriptions
CargoX offers two subscription plans: Free and Standard.
The Free plan is available at no cost and includes essential features for basic needs.
The Standard plan provides access to advanced features such as priority support, security controls, and enhanced user management.
Subscriptions are billed per user, and payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Customers can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription, with a 10% discount applied to yearly plans.

Document pre-check
The optional Document pre-check service for Egypt ACI envelopes costs 15 units (𝕌) per envelope. It checks the submitted documents for consistency and completeness before the envelope is transferred.
After the initial pre-check, you can make changes to the documents and perform one additional pre-check at no extra cost.

Add-ons
Add-ons are a convenient way to prepay for MPCI filings through a monthly package.
Monthly add-on packages are prepaid: you pay for the chosen package at the beginning of the period, covering the next 30 days. If you exceed the included volume, additional filings are charged at the regular rate. Unused filings do not carry over.
Monthly add-on packages are available only via credit card. You can cancel an add-on at any time (or no later than one day before renewal). After cancellation, the package remains active until the end of the already paid 30-day period.
