This feature is only available with a Standard plan subscription. Visit the Subscriptions menu to manage your plan.
The Platform users audit log records every action performed by users belonging to your company. With a Standard plan subscription, users can view the complete audit log history for all company users. Without a subscription, users can only access the last 14 days of history.
To view Platform users audit log go to the gear icon (⚙) | Platform users | Audit log (tab). The Platform users audit log is a record of every action that users belonging to the company performed.
You can see:
which user performed every action
what is the action the user performed
a detailed description of the actions performed
the time of the performed action
You can also:
use filters (Show actions) to narrow down the list
use the search bar to quickly find logs
choose the date range for which you want to see the audit log
download a report in CSV or PDF format
