Here is a step-by-step guide on how to delete a user from your company account:
1. Disable active blockchain keys

You can skip this step if the user does not have an active blockchain key.
1. Go to the gear icon (⚙).
2. Open Platform Users.
3. Click and open the user you want to manage.
4. Go to the tab titled Privacy & Security.
5. You can disable a user's blockchain keys by clicking on the Disable button next to the blockchain key you want to deactivate.
Warning
To be able to delete a user, you have to disable all of their active blockchain keys.
6. Review the details of the blockchain key you want to disable and click the green Next button.
7. Follow this guide to get your blockchain key ready to sign the action.
2. Remove the user
1. Go to the gear icon (⚙).
2. Open Platform users section.
3. Choose the user you want to edit.
4. Delete a user by clicking on the Delete user button.
5. Confirm the action with the Delete button.
