Many actions in caralegal result in e-mail notifications. Generally speaking, this can be summarised: If something appears in the notifications or tasks section of caralegal, an email is also sent. This includes, for example:
Tagging users in comments
The creation of tasks
The approaching of deadlines in tasks
Approval or submission of processing activities
Users have the option of receiving email notifications in the
Settings > Notifications
to switch notifications on or off for specific cases.
An email notification usually contains a short form about the upcoming task and a link that forwards the user directly to caralegal.
Note:
The language in the e-mail notifications is NOT based on the individual user language
The language in the e-mail notifications can be set to either German or English by your account manager.
