Users can individually set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). To do this, use

  • Settings > Security

This setting must be made individually for each user.

The caralegal support team can set up mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA) for you.

This is based on the domains (e.g. @caralegal.eu). In future, users with this domain must additionally authenticate themselves in this way. We need the following for this:

  • Domain(s)

  • For which users will the MFA enforcement apply?

    • Grace period

  • From this point on, all users who have not activated MFA will be blocked for the time being.

    • Grace Period for New Users

  • How much time do new users have to active an MFA?

    • Usually 14 days
