Users with the roles

  • Administrator

can create questionnaires - and also assessments/audits.

Creating a questionnaire

Questionnaires can be created, edited and activated via the Questionnaires tab.

  • Templates can be found by clicking on the small arrow next to Create and selecting a template.

  • Regardless of the content, our templates give a good impression of how a good questionnaire can be set up in terms of fields and design options.

  • It is not yet possible to create your own templates

Editing a questionnaire

  • You can add new blocks using the ‘+’ button

  • There are various

    • Input fields

    • General (design elements, etc.) are available.

  • Within a group, use the ‘+’ directly above the group name to add new elements within the group.

  • The actual editing of the elements, such as adding the question, answer options, etc., takes place on the right-hand side of the screen, where the Assistant is otherwise available to you.

  • Configure your blocks with Configure blocks

Conditions within a questionnaire

If you want to display a question based on the result of another question, you can use so-called conditions.

  • Click on a block that is to be displayed when a condition is met.

  • Select the Add condition button in the right-hand Configure block area

  • Then select the question and the value that should trigger the fade-in.

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to display a field based on multiple conditions.

Tasks within a questionnaire

One of the big questions after the assessment is: What are the specific to-dos? caralegal supports you with this. Similar to conditions, you can automatically create tasks for answers.

  • Select a module first.

    • You can only select blocks that allow clear entries, such as selection fields, multiple selection fields or checkboxes.

  • Click on Add task at the bottom of the right-hand section Configure block

  • Now enter a different task title or a task description if necessary.

  • Click on the ‘X’ on the right at the height of the task title

  • You will now return to Configure block.

  • Please now select the value in which the task is to be created.

  • The task is created automatically as soon as

    • The questionnaire has been submitted by the participant.

    • The assessor sets the assessment to the status In review.

  • All tasks are then also output in the Download tasks report, which can be found on page 4 within the Assessment
