DPIA, data protection impact assessments

Updated over a month ago

Whether a particular data subject right is relevant to a processing activity is determined by the circumstances of the data processing. It must therefore be clarified individually for each data processing activity which data subjects' rights are relevant and how compliance with them can be ensured.

If data subjects can exercise their rights for the described processing activity or if there are no special restrictions, please select :

  • Relevant

And provide a brief explanation.

Right to data portability is

  • Irrelevant

means that the data subject right does not apply here (i.e. is not applicable).
