Default setting
First of all, all users, regardless of their role, can access the document center.
Files and folders can therefore be viewed by all users by default. Files can be downloaded by all users.
Set up access restrictions
First create a folder using the small arrow next to Upload.
Select the option Link to organizational unit(s) for the folder.
Individual units can now be selected or deselected.
Users have access to and view the folders according to the organizational units assigned to them.
