A consistent data structure helps you and your employees to create processing activities and other documents more easily.

Deciding between “name”, “surname”, “names”, “all names” and “cash on delivery” causes confusion.

It is perfectly normal for employees to occasionally create a similar entry to an existing one when using caralegal. Even after importing data, such inconsistencies are easily noticeable.

  1. Identify the entries to be merged.

  2. Mark them with the checkbox to the left of the entry.

  3. Now select Merge.

  4. Two options are available for merging:

    1. Create New

      1. Enter a new entry in the "Description" field for the selected items.

      2. An existing entry may also be used.

    2. Merge into Existing

      1. Merge terms into an existing entry.

      2. In my example, I deselected "Employees" here because I want to merge both selected terms into this one.
