What do the red numbers in the menu mean?

New entries, New Entries, Notification, Unread

If you see a red number for a feature in the ribbon, there are new, unchecked entries in the relevant area. These could have been added by yourself or by other users.

Special attention should be paid to the area

  • Resources -> Person groups, data categories, data types

New entries here should be checked and categorized if necessary.


  • Clicking on the entry ensures that it has been checked/read and the marking disappears.

  • If there are a large number of new entries whose origin you are aware of, you can use the Mark all as read option to save yourself time.
