Where do I upload the AVV and other documents to external recipients?

To upload documents such as order processing contracts (AVV) or the standard contractual clauses (SCC), proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to the External data transfer area

  2. Select an external recipient

  3. Navigate to page 3 - Compliance

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page - here you will find the Attachments section

  5. Upload one or more documents

Note - Where these documents should NOT be uploaded

  • caralegal offers several upload areas

  • please do not upload documents that are assigned to a service provider

    • in processing activities or

    • in the Document Center
