I would like employees from the specialist departments to be able to process external recipients. How do I proceed?

To avoid giving specialist departments tasks that they cannot perform or can only perform with uncertainty, the roles include

  • Standard (Reduced)

  • Standard

  • Standard (no deletion)

  • Standard+

No access to the “External data transfer” feature. This setting cannot be changed easily.

Possible Solutions

Tasks

  • Have your employees create tasks

  • It is conceivable that the expert team will receive a corresponding task before working with a new processor.

  • Users simply need to navigate to the Tasks area and can create a task there via Create and, if necessary, even upload the DPA as an attachment for the task.

Change/upgrade role

  • Not preferred, but grant a user more rights in individual cases, preferably through the Expert role

Custom role - only for Corporate+ customers

  • Your contact person in Customer Success can easily create a role that is tailored to your requirements.
