Have your employees create tasks
It is conceivable that the expert team will receive a corresponding task before working with a new processor.
Users simply need to navigate to the Tasks area and can create a task there via Create and, if necessary, even upload the DPA as an attachment for the task.
Change/upgrade role
Not preferred, but grant a user more rights in individual cases, preferably through the Expert role
Custom role - only for Corporate+ customers
