The software shows me that I still have recipients who use old SCCs/standard contract clauses. How can I find them?

To identify the service providers that use the old SCC (Standard Contractual Clauses) in caralegal, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to External recipients.

  2. Use the filter function using the icon.

  3. Filter for “Safeguards” and then for the entry “Standard contractual clauses (old version).

  4. Then check the entries.
