As a "data protection expert" you will receive a notification if a user has submitted a processing activity.

After release, the “Assigned to” user also receives a corresponding notification.

Users can edit processing activities that have already been released, but will then reset them to the "In progress" status after confirming this.

Use the "History" function to check what changes have been made.

You can then release the activity again.

Depending on whether a data protection impact assessment is required or not, the release is made on page 6 or 11
