If a processing activity is released, this means that someone with release permission has checked this entry, added to it if necessary and has now released it.

Released activities are permanently saved as a document in the caralegal backend.

You can find the current version number in the meta view within the overview of the “Processing activities” feature

Processing activities can of course be subsequently edited.

However, this resets the activity in question to the status “In progress”.

A new release by the data protection expert is necessary.
