If you have selected a predefined retention period in the corresponding field, all data from this period will be transferred.
It is not possible to edit this data without further ado
Editing a retention period
Like all resources, you can edit retention periods
Navigate to Resources > Retention periods
You can edit a retention period using the cogwheel icon
Then set up the storage duration, start of the retention period, etc.
Changes affect all linked processing activities, check the entries on the right-hand side of the screen if necessary.
