If Bookboost does not do something you need, the place to say so is our public roadmap on Productlane. It is where you can see what is planned, in progress, and recently shipped, upvote ideas other hoteliers have already raised, and add your own.
Anyone with the link can look. You may need to register to vote or submit.
Vote before you submit
Search the roadmap first. If someone has already asked for what you need, upvoting it is more useful than adding a second entry, because votes are what show the product team how many properties want the same thing.
Go to the roadmap.
Browse or search for the request.
Click it to open.
Click the upvote arrow. You may be asked to register or log in with your email.
Submitting a new request
Go to the roadmap and confirm your idea is not already listed.
Look for Submit idea or + New request, usually at the top of the page.
Fill in the form.
Submit the form.
What to write. Describe the situation you are in, not just the feature you want. What are you trying to do, what happens today, and what does it cost you in time or in guest experience? A request that explains the problem is far easier to prioritise than one that only names a solution.
What happens next
The product team reviews every submission and uses them to shape the roadmap. Requests are reviewed periodically rather than immediately, so you may not hear back straight away.
What this does not do
Submitting is not a commitment. Requests are weighed on demand, feasibility, and fit with where the product is going. Nothing is guaranteed to be built.
No timeline is given. Even a request that is accepted will not come with a date attached.
It is not a support channel. If something is broken, or you need help with an existing feature, contact support rather than filing a request.
Getting help
Open Help at the bottom of the left menu and choose Talk to Us, or email support@bookboost.io.
