To reduce waste and water use, we skip daily cleanings. But if you’re staying 7+ nights, you’ll get a complimentary mid-stay clean from us, no need to lift a finger.

Out of toilet paper or need fresh towels? Just ask Bob!
Want a full clean anyway? You can book one anytime after your first day in the Extras section of your Guest Area (a small fee applies). We’ll reset the place with fresh sheets and fluffy towels.
When do we clean
You can only schedule a cleaning starting one day after your arrival
Cleanings happen Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00
We can’t accept requests for weekends or the day before check-out
How it works
Choose a time that suits you (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00)
Tidy up surfaces so we can get to work (beds, counters, etc.)
Head out if you can – the cleaning takes up to an hour
