How it works
Fill in your online check-in form. You’ll get a link via email—complete it before you arrive so we can prep everything for your stay.
Get your door codes. Once you’ve checked in online, your personal door code will become available on the morning of your arrival in your Guest Area under “Open Doors.” You’ll find codes for all the doors you need—like the main entrance, your apartment or luggage room.
Use the keypad to enter. Just punch in your code on the keypad (on or next to the door) and you’re in! No keys, no fuss.
Where can I find my room number?
You can find your room number in the Guest Area under “Room and Reservation.” These details become visible on the morning of check-in.
Why can't I see my door code after completing the check-in?
Your room door code becomes available on the evening before your check-in day. Don't worry, they'll be waiting for you in your Guest Area right on time!
Can’t access your apartment?
Your door code activates 15 minutes before your check-in time. If you’re early, hang tight!
