What happens after you request indefinite account closure?
Once your request is received, one of our support representatives will assist you with the process of closing your account.
Upon closure:
Your account will be permanently restricted from access
What happens if you want to reactivate your account in the future?
If you choose to reactivate your account in the future, a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period will apply before the account is reopened.
