Exporting your tracking data is quick and simple, allowing you to download and share shipment information as needed. Here’s how you can do it:
Steps to Export Your Tracking Data:
Navigate to the Orders and Shipments section in the platform.
Use the Search bar, Sort options, and Left-hand filters to refine your data and focus on specific shipments or criteria (e.g., shipment status, date range, or carrier).
Once you’ve narrowed down your results, click the Download icon ( located below the search bar) to export the data.
Export Limits
You can export up to 1,000 rows of data at a time.
If you need to export more than 1,000 rows, apply additional filters or export in batches.
Sharing Data with Others
If you’re looking to share your data with others, consider creating a Live Board instead. Live Boards allow you to share shipment data in real time with customisable access levels (e.g., viewer, commenter, or collaborator).
Using a Live Board ensures everyone stays up-to-date without the need for repeated exports.
