Purchasing credits to track shipments in Beacon

With Beacon, you can purchase credits to track shipments by ocean, air, and road.

1 Shipment = 1 Credit

Each new or unique shipment added to Beacon will use 1 credit. Don’t worry—if you need to re-upload an existing shipment, it won't cost any additional credits.

How to Check Your Credit Balance

Want to know how many credits you have left? Here’s how:

  1. Click on your profile.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Select Credit Activity.

In the Credit Activity section, you'll find details on:

  • The number of credits you've used for each shipment mode.

  • Your remaining credits.

  • The expiry date of your credits.

  • A history of your credit usage over time.

Purchasing More Credits
